In a small bowl, stir together the water and instant coffee. In a blender, combine ice cubes, coffee mixture, milk, sweetened condensed milk and chocolate syrup. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

CINNAMON ICED COFFEE
Ingredients:-
-2 cups Milk
-1/2 cup Cream
-2 tsp. Instant Coffee
-1 tbsp. sugar
-3 Ice cubes
-Dash of cinnamon
Method:-
Mix the above in a blender for 30 seconds or so, pour into cups, top it off with a scoop of whip cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
