I just got a new espresso machine and it only can make espresso from pods. I’m used to grinding, tamping and pulling my own shots. But my question is can I pull more than 1 shot with 1 espresso pod? I usually pull 3 shots of espresso for my drinks (combined with milk). I guess I just want to know if I should pull 3 shots from 3 pods or can I pull multiple shots from 1 pod? Thanks, take care.

I have been making espresso style drinks with my french press, and dark roast coffee, lattes and mochas, but I don’t get the foam on the top like at a coffee shop, are there any ways to steam milk with out the fancy equipment? I’ve tried boiling it in the microwave, but still no foam.

I was wondering what the difference is between espresso and coffee??I dont really care for coffee all that much but i kind of like drinks like at Starbucks and stuff with flavor and espresso shots in it or something. Can the machines make stuff like that? And what do the espresso shots do? Do they give you energy and like how many should you take. Honestly, i just like making drinks and stuff, if i dont really like coffee will it be dumb for me to get a espresso machine..i would make them they way i wanted…I was looking at the espresso machines on walmart.com from 30-200$ thats all i would spend..What do you guys think. and also please tell me the difference between cappacino, macchiato, and lattes and stuff

Does anyone know who furnishes the all-in-one coffee/espresso/latte/chocolate ‘hot drinks" machines to 7-11 stores? I saw one in Maryland that was great and want to find out more about possibly getting one for my c-store. Any help is appreciated.

Which of the two drinks have greater amount of caffeine – coffee or cola? Could someone also give any sort of statistical information, possible?

You know they say, you shouldn’t drink a lot of coffee for the same caffeine reasons – a too much coffee is just a few regular cups per days; while I drink over 4 liters of PEPSI (cola) a day. Now I’m curious – what is TOO MUCH caffeine really?

i run an espresso machine for my school. we have flavors like hazelnut, french vanilla, chocolate, and caramel syrup, peppermint, white chocolate. and butterscotch.

anyone have any good recipes that i can make using these?

ps. we can only make hot drinks.. for now.

Do you add anything fancy to it or do you just say "Grande Cappuccino"? I dont like my drinks too too bitter, so would i just add sugar after?

I dont know if this is the proper forum to be posting this.

Im in a dilemma, I wanted to purchase my brother an espresso machine for Christmas but have no clue what to look for.
Im in a budget – under 0 range.
Not looking for anything fancy but for something thats decent.
My brother drinks store bought coffee and instant coffee at home.
He has never used an espresso machine before.

But I’m thinking there are some things I need to know:
First off- How Do I make an espresso/latte? I have no idea what else I would need to get, as far as mixes for drinks.

Second- What’s a good brand?

What can I expect to pay?
also- I’m not a store owner or anything…this would just be for personal use.
…a fad? come on now. I enjoy the taste of a good latte, and would like to not have to pay 5 dollars for it every morning!
